- The software involved, such as your accounting, practice management, property management or cloud billing tools.
- How often it happens and roughly how long it takes each time.
- Any deadline you are working toward, such as busy season or a renewal date.
Please leave client documents and personal data out of the first email. We will ask for what we need once the scope is agreed.
Where we work
We are based in Montrose, in Los Angeles County. Most of the work happens remotely, for clients across California and elsewhere in the United States, and we can visit your office when a project needs it.
What happens next
We reply by email. If the task looks like a fit, we set up a short call about the process and the tools involved, then send a written scope with a fixed price and a delivery date. Work starts once you agree to it.
